Late orders via school office incur a $3.00 admin fee.
Friday sushi orders by 7:30am
No cancellations or refunds on sushi orders.
Phone orders will not be accepted. Smart Bites staff will take calls to work through technical issues only.
Paying safely
About the Qkr! App
Qkr is a safe, secure and reliable way to pay for school items. Provided by MasterCard so you know payments are secure. No information is stored on your phone. Registration details and card information are saved securely on the MasterCard network. Qkr accepts payment using ANY credit/debit card (except American Express).
Students can also purchase over-the-counter items at second break once released to play. Our preference is for parents and caregivers to order online as the system has all information about the child including allergies.
Volunteering
Join Our Volunteer Team
Volunteers are always welcome and we invite you to come and help us at the service. Help us prepare and serve healthy meals to our students — every bit of help is greatly appreciated! No experience necessary. Training is provided on the day. You can sign up for as little or as much time as suits you.
Food Prep
Help prepare sandwiches, wraps, fruit and daily specials from 8am.
Counter Service
Serve students during first and second break times.
Clean Up
Help with dishes and cleaning after second break.
